DETAILED DAYWISE ITINERARY

Sundarban Hilsa Utsav 2 Night 3 Days

Day1: Arrival and Journey

8:00 AM: Departure from Kolkata – Meet at the designated pick-up point in Kolkata and start your journey towards Sundarban by an air-conditioned vehicle.

11:30 AM: Arrival at Godkhali – Reach Godkhali, the gateway to Sundarban. Transfer to a motorboat.

12:00 PM: Boat Cruise to Sajnekhali – Enjoy a serene boat ride to Sajnekhali. En route, you’ll have a glimpse of the local lifestyle along the riverbanks.

1:30 PM: Check-In at Resort – Arrive at your riverside resort. Welcome drink followed by check-in and room allocation.

2:00 PM: Lunch – Relish a delicious Bengali lunch at the resort.

3:30 PM: Sajnekhali Watchtower – Visit the Sajnekhali Watchtower and Mangrove Interpretation Centre. Spot wildlife and learn about the unique mangrove ecosystem.

5:30 PM: Return to Resort – Head back to the resort. Relax and enjoy the sunset.

7:00 PM: Cultural Program – Experience the local culture with a traditional folk dance and music performance.

8:30 PM: Dinner – Buffet dinner at the resort.

Day 2: Sundarban Jungle Safari

6:00 AM: Morning Tea – Start your day early with a refreshing cup of tea.

6:30 AM: Sunrise Boat Cruise – Embark on a boat cruise through the creeks and canals of Sundarban. Spot various wildlife, including the Royal Bengal Tiger, crocodiles, deer, and a variety of birds.

9:00 AM: Breakfast – Return to the resort for a hearty breakfast.

10:00 AM: Sajnekhali Watchtower – Explore the Sudhanyakhali Watchtower, one of the best places to spot the Royal Bengal Tiger.

12:00 PM: Lunch on Boat – Have lunch on the boat while cruising through the picturesque waterways.

2:30 PM: Dobanki Watchtower – Visit Dobanki Watchtower and experience the canopy walk. Enjoy panoramic views of the jungle.

4:00 PM: Panchmukhani Cruise – Take a boat cruise to Panchmukhani, where five rivers meet, offering breathtaking views.

5:30 PM: Return to Resort – Head back to the resort. Relax and unwind.

7:00 PM: Bonfire and Barbecue – Enjoy a cozy evening with a bonfire and barbecue (seasonal).

8:30 PM: Dinner – Buffet dinner at the resort.

Overnight Stay at the Resort

Day 3: Departure

7:00 AM: Breakfast at the resort.

8:00 AM: Check-out and proceed for a village tour. Experience the lifestyle and culture of the local villagers.

12:00 PM: Return to Godkhali and transfer to the vehicle.

1:00 PM: Departure for Kolkata. En route, stop for lunch at a local restaurant (own expense).

5:00 PM: Arrive in Kolkata. Tour ends with sweet memories of Sundarban.

Evening ( 7.30. P.M)(SNEAKS) CHIKEN PAKORA,TEA.

3Rd Day –

Things To Carry

  • It’s advisable to carry cash, as accessing ATMs may be limited. Note that an SBI ATM is available in Gosaba.
